We have been developing this for a while and we are excited to now share our work with the world. That work takes the power of Agentic AI, Analytical AI, and Machine Learning, and applies it to the world of 'omics'.
That's a mouthful, so to make sure we are all on the same page, let's explain what that means.
'Omics' is everything that defines an organism at a certain level. So, genomics (gene + omics) is all about your genes (or a cow's genes or a plant's genes). Transcriptomics is everything RNA. Proteomics is all about proteins. When you know more about a person, plant, or animal's omics you can make them healthier, stronger, or better.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor.
When you know about ALL of these omics together and how they interact, you can do amazing things.
The challenge is, each omics is vast, complex, multidimensional, and abstract. It took over 20 years to sequence the human genome, which includes 3.1 billion base pairs. That's a lot of data, multiplied by interactions and variabilities, layered on top of each other. This is why we have always relied on computers to do the 'heavy lifting.'
Athos Omics AI technology makes that lift lighter—a lot lighter—and faster, for scientists, businesses, researchers, and others.
That sounds amazing, but does it work? As part of Athos Therapeutics, we have put this to the test. The result? A promising pipeline of drugs, including Ath-063, currently in phase 2 clinical trials, in just 3.5 years (if you're not familiar with Pharma development, that's crazy fast).
Now, we are bringing that same technology to you as Athos Omics AI.
We are at a nexus point, where the potential of omics can be realized with the power of AI. It's no understatement to say that is an opportunity to change the world for the better. Whether that be in the form of life-saving medicines, reducing hunger, or helping your family dog live his best life.
This blog is a place for us to explain the 'what,' 'why,' and 'how' of this technology. It's also a chance for you to meet the 'who' as members of the Athos Omics AI family share news and insights from their unique perspectives. We start with a white paper by Dr. June Guo, Vice President of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, entitled Introducing ATHOS-T: A No-Code, End-to-End Integrated Transcriptomics Analysis Solution.
We will continue to add more articles in the future, so be sure to check back.
If you want to know more about a topic, or are interested in the products we make, please use the Contact button at the top of this page. We want to hear from you, because, for Athos Omics AI, this is just the beginning.
It only gets better from here.
